At Utility Valet, we are proud supporters of Children’s Medical Center Plano—a place where compassion and care make a lasting impact on young lives. Each year, we host a holiday toy drive to bring joy to the incredible kids they serve, and we actively participate in charity events alongside our amazing industry partners.
Recently, we were honored to tour the Children’s Medical Center Plano. Walking their halls, meeting the dedicated staff, and seeing firsthand the love and innovation behind their work was deeply moving. One of the most heartwarming moments? Spotting some of the very toys we donated being played with and cherished by the children. It was a powerful reminder of how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

With years of experience in the SFR and Moving industries, I focus on making moves easier and driving sustainable growth. My diverse career has given me a broad perspective on property management and the moving industry, helping me solve challenges from all angles.
Having worked internationally, I’ve gained insights into improving property assets and ensuring smooth operations. Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles, always believing in the balance of people, product, and process.
As a business coach, sales trainer, and motivational speaker, I’m passionate about empowering individuals and building strong teams.

I’m a husband, father of three, and entrepreneurial exec who invests in and builds challenger businesses.
My career spans industries and stages, always at the intersection of technology and customer experience.
Most recently, I led ancillary revenue, marketing, and resident experience at Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), uncovering massive opportunities to innovate in residential real estate.
Earlier, I learned from some of the best at Omni Hotels, JCPenney’s turnaround team, McKinsey & Co., and the U.S. Navy’s submarine force.

Originally from Australia, I’ve lived in Sydney, Dubai, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and now Texas with my husband and our 8 lb pomapoo who’s travelled through 4 countries with us.
I’m half Italian and I love to spend my spare time making pasta, getting creative with desserts, watching Happy Potter and planning trips to Disney!
Utility Valet is my home away from home, we take care of people who are just like me, moving to new cities and trying to a navigate their way around a new home, new job, new utility accounts, etc. It feels great to work for a company that alleviates some of the stress and really cares about helping people navigate through such a significant life experience.

Originally from Indio, CA, I moved to Texas in 2005 and met my husband at 13. We married in 2011 and are blessed with 3 children. Due to my husband’s Navy career, we moved 8 times, living in Texas, California, and Italy. As a former military wife of 10 years, life has been busy.
In my spare time, I’ve focused on braiding and managing an Instagram page showcasing my daughters’ hairstyles. This led to managing social media for a local veterinarian clinic too. Now that my children are in school, we moved back to Texas, bought our first home, and I’ve branched out of just being a housewife to pursue a meaningful career.
I found my place with Utility Valet, where I can use my skills in ways I never imagined. They are like a second family, and I see this journey evolving into an amazing career for myself.

At Utility Valet, I get to keep doing what I love — building relationships and helping property managers simplify move-ins while unlocking new streams of revenue. Doesn’t get better than that.

Hi, I’m Mickey, the Chief Happiness Officer at Utility Valet!
I’m an 8 lb Pomapoo, and my job is to bring joy to everyone in the office. Whether it’s with my fluffy tail wagging or just being my happy self, I make sure the team stays positive and motivated. I love being part of the team and spreading happiness wherever I go!
